Functional Description
The Ali M1543C[1] is a southbridge chipset normally used in PC's. Because it has a lot of different functions, it has been emulated as a number of different devices:
- IDE Controller
- USB Controller
- ISA Bus Controller (PIC, PIT, LPT, TOY)
- DMA Controller
- Serial Ports
- Floppy Controller
- Keyboard and Mouse Controller
- Port 80
