Global CSystem::PCI_Phys (int pcibus, u32 address)

The documentation mentions a PTP bit set for a window, but the register descriptions don't show a PTP bit in one of the three registers (WSBA, WSM and TBA). So, for now, we can only do peer-to-peer through a scatter-gather PTE.

Global CSystem::PCI_Phys (int pcibus, u32 address)

Dual-Acces-Cycle (DAC) access from the PCI bus is not supported. If a device is ever added that uses this, we should probably support it.
